Open since winter 2011, Trinosophes is an independent artist-run space owned and operated by musician/composer Joel Peterson and curator/publisher Rebecca Mazzei. The venue is located inside a former spice processing warehouse in the heart of Detroit's historic Eastern Market district at 1464 Gratiot Avenue.

Trinosophes presents hundreds of concerts, exhibitions, film screenings, literary readings and other art events per year. In 2018, Trinosophes launched a record label, Two Rooms Records. Late last year, we debuted our quarterly arts and cultural journal, Three Fold Press.
