Open since winter 2011, Trinosophes is an artist-run space located inside a former spice processing warehouse in the Detroit's historic Eastern Market district at 1464 Gratiot Avenue.

Trinosophes presents hundreds of concerts, exhibitions, film screenings, literary readings and other art events per year by international artists. In 2018, Trinosophes collectively launched a record label, Two Rooms Records, with musician Sam Hooker. Late last year, Trinosophes debuted a quarterly arts and literary journal, Three Fold Press, featuring contributors from Detroit and beyond.
